*Distilled and aged at Bardstown Bourbon Company in Bardstown, Kentucky, so it's one of the first single barrels to come out of that distillery. Chicken Cock just started releasing barrel picks to the country, they only have 50 barrels allocated for the entire county this year, and we got one of them, which is one of the first released in the entire Midwest Region!

*Chicken Cock is known for using new oak barrels from Virginia that go through an extra long air seasoning, which tends to add greater depth of flavors to the whiskey in a much shorter period of time. So, this 5 year bourbon really drinks like a 7 or 8 year bourbon.
