This is a ticketed event from 10am-12 noon for the Breakfast. After your first beer, it will be cash bar for any other beers/drinks you would like. Brewery will be open to the public at regular time, noon-10pm. You will not get a physical ticket for the event, once you buy your 'ticket' online, we'll have your name on the list.
While the inside of our brewery will have plenty of heat to warm up with, we're encouraging people to hang out on the patio and keep warm with some German music and a glass of Gluhwein!
Bavarian Breakfast is a traditional meal still eaten in Bavaria, Germany's second largest state. The meal always consists of Weisswurst, a Bavarian Pretzel and some sweet mustard, and of course, a bier (usually a hefeweizen).
Weisswurst is traditionally made with no preservatives and will spoil much more quickly than other German sausages. This is why they are made in the morning and eaten for breakfast. The old saying is that the Weisswurst should never be allowed to hear the noon church bells ring, hence it’s normally eaten before lunch. We bring this authentic sausage in from G&W Meats in South St. Louis.
While you do not need to be age 21+ to attend, there is no kid/junior ticket. If people attend under 21, they will get a soda instead of a beer.
